This course is designed for employees who wish to develop their first aid skills who wish to assist their employer in emergency first aid situations. It comprises of practical and theoretical training covering topics including responsibilities, assessment of the situation, first aid hygiene, resuscitation, anatomy, choking, bleeding, shock, epilepsy, minor injuries and dealing with an unresponsive casualty.

Level 3 Outdoor First Aid (RQF) - 2 day
This course is ideal for people who work in the outdoors, and will benefit any employee who may find themselves further away from help or situations in the outdoors when there less everyday amenities such as running water and warm rooms to keep the casualty while waiting for help. This course includes adult basic life support in the outdoors, limb injuries in the outdoors, head, neck or torso injuries in the outdoors, medical conditions and sudden illness in the outdoors and incidents involving activity or environmental factors in the outdoors.
